The automated processing line for the cylinder block uses a high-torque BT50 vertical machining center and a BT40 vertical machining center, reinforcing the column structure, which improves the overall stability of the bed and is suitable for heavy cutting. The direct-connected spindle of the BT50 specification can reduce vibration and noise, improving processing performance while also enhancing the processing environment. In addition, to further improve the thermal stability of the spindle, an oil cooler is standard.
The BT40 uses FEM (Finite Element Method) for stress analysis of the bed structure. The bed base increases stable support points to ensure the bed reaches an appropriate usage structure. Without changing the overall volume, key structures are thickened and widened to increase the stability of the bed. All axes are equipped with roller linear guides, lubricated with environmentally friendly grease. Roller linear guides have high rigidity and efficiency characteristics. They have significant advantages in load-bearing and service life. Compared to previous models, the acceleration of all axis feed systems has increased by 50%.
