  Current (Original) Situation:

1. Manual lifting for loading and unloading, which takes a long time, has high labor intensity, and low efficiency;

2. The cylinder tube needs to be processed at both ends, with little processing content, but requires two load/unload cycles, resulting in long auxiliary time;

1. Process: The cylinder tube uses a special new process, completing the processing of both ends in one clamping.

2. Iron Chip Handling: A high-pressure cooling liquid system is used, combined with optimized processing parameters, to solve the problem of iron chip entanglement.

3. Automation System: A multi-joint robot is used to conveniently avoid interference from the central frame; the robot gripping system adopts a special lifting form, replacing the machine tool's support structure, reducing the accumulation of iron chips inside the machine tool, and can accommodate a wide range of products with different diameters without the need to change parts.
