This production line selects the Dean machine tool (formerly "Doosan Machine Tool") PUMA4100 series. This series of CNC lathes has 12/15/21 inch and large through-hole diameters, making it a new horizontal turning center suitable for processing various types of medium to large workpieces.
Composition and Characteristics of the Production Line
The hydraulic cylinder automation processing line consists of 3 CNC lathes and 3 multi-joint robots (the cylinder sleeve production line consists of 1 turning center and 1 robot; the piston rod production line consists of 2 turning centers and 2 robots).
Characteristics of the Production Line
- Process: The cylinder uses a special new process, completing the processing of both ends of the cylinder in one clamping.
- Chip Handling: A high-pressure cooling liquid system is used, combined with optimized processing parameters, to solve the problem of chip winding.
- Automation System: A multi-joint robot form is used to facilitate avoiding interference with the empty center frame; the robot gripping system uses a special lifting form, replacing the machine tool's support structure, reducing chip accumulation inside the machine tool, and can accommodate a wide range of different diameter products without the need to replace parts.
