Production Line Composition
The new energy vehicle motor shaft automation line uses a high-torque BT50 vertical machining center, a high-rigidity hard rail CNC lathe, and a high-speed BT40 machining center, combined with new product processing technology and a multi-joint robot automation system, completing all processes from forged blank to pre-quenching finishing of the motor shaft. The lathe has a one-to-three structure: consisting of three lathes and one robot.

- Adopting new processing technology, the product clamping rigidity and reliability are good, precision is stable, and the cycle is balanced, resulting in high processing efficiency.
- Using a high-rigidity hard rail lathe, combined with efficient processing parameters, improved processing efficiency and greatly avoided the problem of chip winding.
- Using robotic automation, with high reliability, flexible production line adjustments, and better flexibility.
- The production line is equipped with an external inspection compensation system, allowing the compensation process without entering the production line, and the production line operates without stopping.
