Shenming Technology delivered a bridge shell machining line to Hebei Company C, which uses a combination of Doosan CNC lathes, vertical machining centers, and modern robots to process the end face, outer circle, hole positions, and installation surfaces of bridge shells. It can be used for processing various models of axle shell bodies.
Project Results
By using Doosan turning and milling composite equipment for line processing, the applicability of the tool fixtures is quite broad, helping customers achieve high output with low investment. Its design and processing effects are stable, and the sizes are fully qualified, with tool life meeting all customer requirements.
